- In brief explain the term “Soft Skills"
Soft skills is a sociological term
relating to a person’s “EQ” (Emotional Intelligence Quotation) , the cluster of
personality traits, social graces, communication, language, personal habits, friendliness, and optimism that relationships with other people.
Soft skill
complement hard skills (part of a person’s IQ), which are the occupational requirements of a job and many other activities.
- Why do you think soft skill is related to Information System?
A person’s Soft Skill IQ is an important part of their individual contribution to the success of an organization. Particularly those organizations dealing with customer face-to-face are generally more successful, if they train their staff to use these skill. Screening or training for personal habits or traits such as dependability and conscientiousness can yield significant return on investment for an organization.
- Explain the role of scholars towards the practical usage of soft skill in Information System?
The scholars also can improve their skills through when they try to communicate with others using English language and at the same time, they can improve their confidence level as well. Beside that, when they have the assignments or tasks that have been given by their lecturers and they have to complete all that, they must make an effort to go and see their lecturers for get some guidance and advice. From that too they can improve their soft skills to use when they are working one days.
